ALL GOOD LAUNDRY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All Good Laundry is pleased to provide laundry service to you, subject to your compliance with and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below.
- Your use of All Good Laundry's service indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
- This agreement is strictly between All Good Laundry and its customers and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties.
- All Good Laundry will use reasonable efforts to maintain a high quality laundry service.
- All Good Laundry accepts no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items without care instructions and accepts no liability for items treated in accordance with the care labels or other instructions provided.
- All Good Laundry is not liable for clothing discoloring, shrinking, or otherwise changing as a result of normal washing procedures.
- All Good Laundry reserves the right to refuse to clean any garment.
- All Good Laundry does not guarantee the removal of all stains.
- All Good Laundry will have its cleaning service re-clean items that, in its absolute discretion, were not properly cleaned and have not been worn since they were cleaned.
- All Good Laundry is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or laundry bags such as money, jewelry or any other item.
- In the rare instance that your garment is lost or damaged by All Good Laundry, we will issue you a refund and/or credit for the value of that garment after taking into account the average life of the garment, depreciation for the age of the item, and the current replacement costs.
- If the customer is unable to document the age of a garment, the customer can attest to the age but All Good Laundry, in its sole discretion, may limit the minimum age of any garment to one year.
- If no current replacement cost is available [e.g. because the item is no longer available in stores], All Good Laundry may use the replacement cost of a comparable item currently available.
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, the maximum reimbursement for each individual item is an amount equivalent to 10 times the amount charged for cleaning.
- All Good Laundry may, in our sole discretion, choose to reimburse the customer in these events by All Good Laundry's own laundry cash coupon.
- All Good Laundry shall not be liable for any damage to the goods caused by moths, or other insects or any loss, damage or delay due to fire, flood, Act of God, civil war, commotion, or to any cause beyond the control of All Good Laundry.
- Should delivery of the goods be not taken within one month from the date of Notice by All Good Laundry, All Good Laundry may without giving any prior notice either donate the goods or sell by public auction for charitable purposes.
- All Good Laundry shall not be responsible for any involuntary loss occasioned by such donations.
- If the goods are collected after 14 days from the date of the Notice, a surcharge of HKD2.- per day will be charged.
- The customer shall be deemed to have approved the goods on delivery and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained by All Good Laundry after the goods have left All Good Laundry's premises.
- All Good Laundry's liability shall be limited to general money damages in a maximum amount not to exceed an amount equivalent to 10 times the charges paid by the customer for that particular item that the damages are alleged to have occurred.
- In no event, will All Good Laundry be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental or punitive loss or damages, whether or not All Good Laundry knew or should have known of the likelihood of any such loss or damages.
- All Good Laundry disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the services rendered to the customer.
APPLICABLE FOR PICK UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE
- The minimum service fee of each order is HKD150. Administration fee HKD150 will be charged if the order is cancelled by customer after confirmation.
- Each laundry order takes a minimum of 4 working days to process since the laundry fee and defect issues are confirmed by the customer.
- Each pick-up and delivery order is applicable for the same location. Service to restricted areas is subject to availability. Service is not applicable to outlying islands.
- If our logistics crew cannot reach the delivery location with an elevator, addition service fee HKD20 per floor will be charged.
- If the customer does not mark special request on cleaning method, ironing method and folding method, All Good Laundry will follow the laundry symbols. If there is no laundry symbol, All Good Laundry will follow the company standard procedure.
- All Good Laundry might take pictures of collected garment and household goods for reference only. If a complaint is raised by the customer in future, these pictures should be final.
- Customer should ensure that the information provided to All Good Laundry for pick-up and delivery service is correct. For any delay or mistake occurred owing to the provision of wrong information, All Good Laundry will not be liable.
- In the event that All Good Laundry cannot deliver the service on time, new arrangement might be reached upon consensus.
- By picking the delivery time slot, Customer is obliged to be punctual. Tardiness or absence for pickup or drop off could lead to an additional charge of HKD100.
- Customer could reschedule the pickup or drop off time once before six hours of the agreed time within business hour 9:00 to 6:00. Any rescheduling within six hours of agreed time is subject to an administration fee of HKD100.
- The quantity of laundry items and remarks indicated by customer during ordering are for reference only. The details provided by All Good Laundry should be final.
- Prices for services shown on the website or any medium are for reference only. The actual prices may differ due to handling method, measurements, and additional service, etc. The prices shown on the ticket should be final.
- If Customer requests All Good Laundry to leave their laundry items unattended or with a third party, All Good Laundry will not take any responsibility of the laundry items before pick up and/or after delivery. Customer also agrees to accept the information on the ticket of pick up and/or delivery as accurate.
- In case of discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version in respect of all or any part of the contents, the English version shall prevail.

- 本協議僅適用於本公司及其客戶之間,不構成亦不暗示與任何其他方之任何關係。
- 本公司將盡合理努力以維持高質素洗衣服務。
- 本公司對因洗衣過程中沒有洗衣指示之衣物損毀不承擔任何責任,亦對按照所提供之洗衣標籤或其他指示處理之衣物損毀不承擔任何責任。
- 本公司對因正常洗衣程序導致之衣物褪色、縮水或其他變化不承擔任何責任。
- 本公司保留拒絕清潔任何衣物之權利。
- 本公司不保證能完全清除所有污漬。
- 本公司將在其絕對酌裁權下為清潔不當且自清潔後未曾穿著之衣物重新清潔。
- 本公司對遺留在衣物或洗衣袋內之任何個人或非可清潔物品(如金錢、珠寶或任何其他物品)之遺失或損毀不承擔任何責任。
- 若衣物被本公司遺失或損毀,我們將向你發出退款及/或信用額作為該衣物之賠償,該賠償將計及該衣物之平均使用壽命、衣物年齡之折舊及目前之替換成本。
- 如客戶無法提交衣物年齡之文件證明,客戶可以聲稱該衣物年齡,惟本公司在其絕對酌裁權下可將任何衣物之最低年齡限制為一年。
- 如目前沒有替換成本可用(例如該衣物已不在店鋪提供),本公司可使用目前可用之相同衣物之替換成本。
- 儘管上述規定,各單件衣物之最高賠償額不超過該衣物洗衣費用之十倍。
- 本公司可在其絕對酌裁權下選擇以本公司自有之洗衣現金優惠券向客戶進行賠償。
- 本公司對因蛀蟲或其他昆蟲引起或因火災、水浸、天災、內亂、騷亂或任何超出本公司控制範圍之原因引起之衣物損毀或遺失或延誤不承擔任何責任。
- 如衣物未於本公司發出通知後一個月內被取走,本公司可在不作任何事先通知之情況下酌情決定捐贈該衣物或將其公開拍賣作慈善用途。
- 本公司對因此等捐贈而引起之任何非自願性遺失不承擔任何責任。
- 如衣物在本公司發出通知後超過十四天始被取走,將按每天港幣二元計算附加費用。
- 客戶應被視為已於取貨時批准該衣物,本公司在衣物離開本店舖後將不受理任何申索。
- 本公司之責任限於一般金錢損害賠償,最高賠償額不超過客戶為該聲稱發生損毀之衣物所支付費用之十倍。
- 在任何情況下,本公司均不會因任何後果性、特別性、間接性、附帶性或懲罰性損失或損毀而被視為有責任,無論本公司是否知道或應知道任何此等損失或損毀發生之可能性。
- 本公司對就其提供予客戶之服務所作之所有明示或默示之保證進行免責聲明。
適用於上門取衣及送衣服務
- 每次洗衣訂單之最低服務費為港幣一百五十元。如客戶於確認後取消訂單,將收取港幣一百五十元行政費。
- 每次上門取衣及送衣訂單至少需要四個工作天進行處理,因洗衣費用及瑕疵問題須由客戶確認。
- 每次上門取衣及送衣訂單僅適用於同一地點。服務於受限制地區需視乎服務可用性。服務不適用於離島。
- 如我們之物流人員無法用升降機到達送衣地點,將每層額外收取港幣二十元之服務費。
- 如客戶未有在洗衣方法、熨燙方法及摺疊方法上作出特別要求,本公司將按照洗衣符號進行。如沒有洗衣符號,本公司將按照公司標準程序進行。
- 本公司可能會拍攝所收集衣物及家居物品之相片作為參考之用。如客戶日後提出申索,該等相片應為最終證據。
- 客戶應確保提供予本公司進行上門取衣及送衣服務之資料正確無誤。如因提供錯誤資料而導致任何延誤或錯誤,本公司不承擔任何責任。
- 倘若本公司無法按時提供服務,可與客戶另行協商安排。
- 客戶在選擇送衣時間段時,應按時應約。遲到或於上門取衣或送衣時缺席可能會導致額外收費港幣一百元。
- 客戶可在應約時間前六小時內及營業時間九時至下午六時內重新安排上門取衣或送衣時間一次。在應約時間前六小時內進行之任何重新安排需支付港幣一百元行政費。
- 客戶於訂購時所列示之洗衣物品數量及備註僅作參考之用。本公司所提供之詳情應為最終版本。
- 網站或任何媒介上所示之服務價格僅作參考之用。實際價格可能因處理方法、尺寸及額外服務等而有所不同。通知單上所示之價格應為最終價格。
- 如客戶要求本公司將洗衣物品未被看管地存放或與第三方一起存放,本公司在取走及/或送衣前後將不對洗衣物品負責。客戶亦同意接納上門取衣及/或送衣通知單上之資料為準確。
- 如英文版本與中文版本在所有或任何內容方面存在差異,應以英文版本為準。
